Abstract
This Decision establishes the standard reporting requirements and forms for national programmes approved for European Union financial contribution and concerning African swine fever, avian influenza, bluetongue, bovine brucellosis, sheep and goat brucellosis, classical swine fever, rabies, Salmonella infection in certain poultry populations, bovine tuberculosis and transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, intermediate and annual reports (including the payment requests).
