Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1372 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards monitoring and reporting.

This Decision is adopted pursuant to Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). It lays down detailed rules on the implementation of the obligations of the Member States to monitor the implementation and use of their infrastructures for spatial information and to report to the Commission on that monitoring.
