Abstract
This Decision regulates the methods for the calculation of municipal waste reported as landfilled pursuant to article 5a of Directive 1999/31/EC. Member States shall report the data and submit the quality check report concerning the implementation of article 5(2) of Directive 1999/31/EC in the format laid down in Annex I.
