Abstract
This Decision makes amendments in the Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1741 to provide sufficient time for the operators of concerned facilities and Member States’ competent authorities to take the measures necessary to enable the reporting of production volume in accordance with the new format. The requirement to report such data should therefore apply from the reporting year 2023. The amendments and corrections to Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1741 are set out in the Annex to this Decision which replaces the Annex to the Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1741.
