Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/575 concerning emergency measures to prevent the introduction into the Union of foot and mouth disease through consignments of hay and straw from third countries or territories and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2208.

This Decision lays down the requirements for the entry into the Union of consignments of hay and straw from third countries and territories as an emergency measure. The Annex to this Decision lists the third countries or territories from which the entry into the Union of consignments of hay and straw and pelleted straw is authorized, as referred to in Article 2(1) and Article 2(2).
