Abstract
The objectives of this Decision are to maximize the accuracy and comparability of the information provided by Member States and to better assess the effectiveness of the prevention of industrial accidents and provide more relevant information to the public. Annex to this Decision establishes the report form of data to be made available by Member States for the purposes of reporting under Article 21(2) of Directive 2012/18/EU.
