Abstract
This Regulation clears the accounts of the Member States' paying agencies for expenditures under the CAP Strategic Plan, financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), in respect of the financial year 2024 and relating to the period 2023-2027. It ensures that the financial records submitted by Member States are accurate and in compliance with EU regulations. Annex I lists the EAFRD amounts recoverable from, or payable to, each Member State under the CAP Strategic Plans for the period 2023-2027. Annex II sets out the reductions for non-compliance with the latest payment deadlines in accordance with Article 44(2) of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 under each CAP Strategic Plan.
