Abstract
This Regulation prohibits the importation into the European Union of dried beans originating in Nigeria. This prohibition is based on the results of the official controls carried out by the Member States in the framework of Regulation (EC) No. 669/2009 showing a continuous high frequency of non compliance with food law requirements as regards pesticide residues.
