Abstract
This Regulation lays down some amendments to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 874/2009 establishing implementing rules as regards proceedings before the Community Plant Variety Office. The amendments concern the designation of parties to proceedings, the translation of documents of parties to proceedings, appeals, as well as proceedings for nullity and cancellation.
