Abstract
The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. The amendments concern the conditions of approval of the active substance oxyfluorfen for plant protection products. Member States shall, where necessary, amend or withdraw existing authorizations for plant protection products containing oxyfluorfen as active substance by 21 June 2017 at the latest.
