Abstract
This Regulation authorizes the use of 1,1-dimethoxy-2-phenylethane, phenethyl formate, phenethyl octanoate, phenethyl isobutyrate, phenethyl 2-methyl-butyrate and phenethyl benzoate as feed additives for all animal species. These substances, as specified in the Annex, belong to the additive category “sensory additives” and to the functional group “flavouring compounds”. Their use is authorized as feed additives in animal nutrition subject to the conditions laid down in that Annex.
