Abstract
This Regulation establishes the list of third countries and parts of the territory of third countries from which the entry into the European Union of consignments of equidae and of their semen, ova and embryos is authorized. It also lays down the animal health and veterinary certification requirements applicable to those consignments.

Commission Decision 92/260/EEC on animal health conditions and veterinary certification for temporary admission of registered horses.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 laying down the lists of third countries, territories or zones thereof from which the entry into the Union of animals, germinal products and products of animal origin is permitted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and the Council.
