Abstract
These provisions update Implementing Regulations (EU) No. 808/2014, (EU) No. 809/2014 and (EU) No. 908/2014 as regards financial instruments set up under the programmes for rural development. The amendments are based upon the possibility to set-up financial instruments combining European Structural and Investment Funds contributions with European Investment Bank financial products under the European Fund for Strategic Investments, as introduced in article 38(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013.
