Abstract
This Regulation sets out the types and species of plants for planting, which are not exempted from the traceability code requirement for plant passports within the Union territory as provided for in the second subparagraph of Article 83(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031. The Annex lists plants for planting, other than seeds, of: citrus, coffea, lavandula angustifolia Mill., lavandula dentata L., lavandula x intermedia Emeric ex Loisel., lavandula latifolia Medik., lavandula stoechas L., nerium oleander L., olea europea L., polygala myrtifolia L., prunus dulcis (Mill.) D.A.Webb, salvia rosmarinus Spenn., solanum tuberosum L.
Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, and shall apply from 31 December 2021.
