Abstract
This Regulation withdraws the feed additives specified in the Annex from the market in respect of the animal species or categories of animals mentioned in that Annex. Existing stocks of the feed additives listed in the Annex may continue to be placed on the market and used until 6 July 2024. Premixtures produced with the additives raforementioned may continue to be placed on the market and used until 6 October 2024. Compound feed and feed materials produced with the additives or with the premixtures aforementioned may continue to be placed on the market and used until 6 July 2025. This Regulation makes amendments in the Regulation (EC) No 1810/2005 by deleting Article 3 and Annex III regarding enzymes. It also repeals Regulations (EC) No 1453/2004, (EC) No 2148/2004 and (EC) No 943/2005.
