Abstract
This Regulation replaces the Annex II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2236 which sets out model animal health certificate for the entry into the Union of consignments of aquatic animals intended for certain aquaculture establishments, for release into the wild, or for other purposes excluding human consumption. The model animal health certificate includes health information, specific health requirements, transport and labelling requirements, and the validity of the animal health certificate.
