Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 6 of Regulation (EU) No 307/2012 regarding the safety assessment by the European Food Safety Authority of the substances in a food or in a category of foods. The Authority shall assess the validity of each file submitted by the food business operator or any interested party under Article 5 of the Principal Regulation.
