Abstract
This Regulation addresses the transformation of the Farm Accountancy Data Network into a Farm Sustainability Data Network through the Regulation (EU) 2023/2674 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the new legal framework resulting from that amendment, this Regulation lays down rules on the field of survey and selection plan; Union typology for types of farming and economic sizes; farm return and data delivery to the Commission; amount payable to Member States; delivery of data to the Commission; and detailed rules on storage, processing, reuse and sharing of data.

Entry into force notes
