Abstract
This Regulation addresses the provisions as regards the conditions for listing of ports of Chapter II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1474 concerning the derogation from the existing margin of tolerance that may be granted for unsorted landings from small pelagic fisheries, industrial fisheries, and tropical tuna purse seine fisheries. Annex to this Regulation lists the ports which comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1474 and approved by the Commission.
