Abstract
This Regulation establishes in the Annex the list of substances referred to in Article 115(5) of Regulation (EU) 2019/6. In order to ensure a high level of consumer protection, the substances which are essential for the treatment of equine species shall be included in the list established by this Regulation only if they do not present an unacceptable risk to consumers when administered to equine food-producing animals, and provided that a withdrawal period of six months is observed.
