Abstract
This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 1010/2009 by replacing Section 1 in Annex IX, which concerns the administrative arrangement with flag States pertaining to the implementation of the catch certification provisions under article 12 (4) of Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008.
