Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1358/2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the origin of organic aquaculture animals, aquaculture husbandry practices, feed for organic aquaculture animals and products and substances allowed for use in organic aquaculture.

This Regulation amends the Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 in the fields of restrictions for on-growing purposes the collection of wild aquaculture juveniles; stocking density and husbandry practices; feed products derived from sustainable fisheries; feed rations; and using conventional phytoplankton and zooplankton as feed. Furthermore, this Regulation makes amendments in the Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 by updating the lists of products for cleaning and disinfection for aquaculture animals and seaweed production, products used for cleaning and disinfection of equipment and facilities in the absence of aquaculture animals and products used for cleaning and disinfection of equipment and facilities in the presence as well as in the absence of aquaculture animals, and by defining the maximum stocking density for crayfish.
