Abstract
This Regulation repeals a series of previous European Commission regulations related to the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, following the adoption of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013. The new regulation reflects significant changes in areas such as consumer information, recognition of producer and inter-branch organisations, production and marketing planning, pricing, intervention, notifications, and financing.
