Abstract
These provisions amend Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011 by deleting the active substance didecyldimethylammonium chloride in the list under Part A of the Annex. Member States are required to ensure that authorizations for plant protection products containing didecyldimethylammonium chloride are withdrawn by 20 June 2013.
