Abstract
This Regulation aims at increasing the contribution to the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and to the achievement of economic, social and territorial cohesion by setting out the models for preparing operational programmes under the Investment for growth and jobs goal and cooperation programmes under the European territorial cooperation goal. Within the amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/435, the changes to the models for operational programmes to provide assistance under the thematic objective ‘Fostering crisis repair in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and its social consequences and preparing a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy are included in this Implementing Regulation.
