Abstract
With a view to preventing hazards to human and animal health within the European Union, this Regulation establishes special conditions governing the importation of feed and food from Japan. These conditions apply to products which left Japan after 28 March 2011 and to products that have been harvested or processed before 11 March 2011. Consignments shall be subject to the attestation requirements specified under article 2.
