Abstract
Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009, this Regulation approves the active substance metam for use in plant protection products, subject to the conditions specified in the Annex. The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011 is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation, which lays down specific conditions applicable to metam.
