Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 508/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries.

This Regulation lays down some amendments to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1235/2008, which sets out rules for implementing Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries. In particular, Annexes III and IV are replaced by the texts in Annexes I and I to this Regulation. Annex I lays down the list of recognized third countries for import of products providing equivalent guarantees; Annex II lays down the list of control bodies and control authorities for the purposes of equivalence.
