Abstract
This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) No. 234/2011 by inserting further provisions concerning specific data required for risk assessment of food enzymes. It specifies the circumstances under which the dossier submitted in support of an application for the safety evaluation of a food enzyme does not need to include toxicological data.
