Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1254/2008 amending Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.

This Regulation lays down certain amendments and addenda to Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008, which implements Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control. In particular, it amends article 21 on in-conversion feedingstuffs and article 24 on veterinary treatment . Furthermore, it adds Section 3a in Chapter 6 of Title II. This new Section lays down exceptional productional rules as regards the use of specific products and substances in the processing, pursuant to article 22 (2) (e) of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007.
