Abstract
This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs by replacing Annex I, which sets out food safety criteria and process hygiene criteria. These criteria aim at ensuring hygiene and safety of food products, with particular regard to the following: (a) meat and meat-based products; (b) milk and dairy products; (c) egg products; (d) fishery products; (e) vegetables, fruits and derived products.
