This Regulation was adopted in implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 639/2004 on the management of fishing fleets registered in the Community outermost regions. Specific reference levels for the fleets registered in the outermost regions of France, Portugal and Spain are fixed for each fleet segment in the Annex.
