Abstract
This Regulation sets out detailed rules in implementation of Regulation (EEC) No. 1907/90 which prescribes marketing standards for eggs. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: (I) Collection of eggs and egg packing centres; (II) Grades of eggs; (III) Marking of eggs and egg packages; (IV) Bands, regarding and repackaging of eggs; (V) Inspection of establishments; (VI) Records; (VII) Confidentiality and reporting of information; (VIII) Inspection of eggs; (IX) General and final provisions.
