Abstract
Particular derogations from the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 (which deals with statistics on the generation, recovery and disposal of waste) are hereby laid down in respect of Austria, France and Luxembourg. Derogations are in fact granted to these particular Member States as regards the production of the results specified by article 1 hereto.
