Commission Regulation (EC) No. 355/2008 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1239/95 as regards the use of electronic means of communication in proceedings before the Community Plant Variety Office.

These provisions lay down several amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1239/95 concerning proceedings before the Community Plant Office. These amendments deal in particular with the use of electronic means of communications in such proceedings. The aim is to simplify, on the one hand, the filing of applications, objections or appeals and, on the other hand, the service of documents by the Community Plant Variety Office by permitting the use of electronic means.
