Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to establish detailed provisions for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1786/2003 on the common organization of the market in dried fodder, giving particular regard to (i) products eligible for financial aid, (ii) aid applications and payments, (iii) approval of processing undertakings, and (iv) approval of purchasers of fodder for drying or grinding.
