Abstract
Pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No. 793/93, this Regulation stipulates that manufacturers and importers of substances that may be persistent, bioaccumulating and toxic, and listed in the Annex, must provide the European Community Commission with the information hereby specified. Such susbtances correspond to those included in the European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances.
