Abstract
In accordance with Regulation (EEC) No. 2847/93 establishing a control system applicable to the common fisheries policy, Member States are required to report at regular intervals to the Commission data relating to stocks taken by fishing vessels flying their flag. Therefore this Regulation lays down further provisions for implementing Regulation 2847/93/EC. In particular, each Member State shall notify the Commission by computer transmission and at the regular intervals specified in article 1 of the quantities of each stock not subject to total allowable catch or quotas taken by fishing vessels flying its flag operating in waters falling within the sovereignty or jurisdiction of third countries and on the high seas and: (a) landed directly in its territory or in third countries, or (b) transhipped to third country vessels. The data shall be submitted to the Commission in the format shown in the Annex hereby attached.
