Abstract
Annex I to Regulation 466/2001/EC is replaced by the text contained in the Annex to this Regulation. Member States may, where justified, authorize for a transitional period the marketing of fresh spinach and fresh lettuces intended for consumption with nitrate levels higher than those fixed as maximum levels, on the condition that codes of good agricultural practice are implemented.
