Abstract
This Regulation has been adopted by the Commission to amend and update certain provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002, which concerns the waste statistics that must be prepared by the Commission itself and the Member States. Firstly, in Annex I, Section 2(1) is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation. Secondly, Annex III is replaced by Annex II hereto.
