Abstract
This Regulation lays down certain amendments to the annexes to Regulation (EEC) No. 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis. The amendments regard the determination of free fatty acids, cold method, as well as the determination of the percentage of 2-glyceryl monopalmitate.
