Abstract
This Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008, which implements Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine as regards support programmes, trade with third countries, production potential and on controls in the wine sector. The amendments deal with the submission to the European Community Commission of support programmes drawn up by Member States, financial management of investments covered by such programmes and information on aid schemes to be submitted by Member States to the European Community Commission.
