Commission Regulation (EC) No. 777/2008 amending Annexes I, V and VII to Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption.

These provisions lay down some amendments to Annexes I, V and VII to Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002, which sets out specific rules applicable to animal by-products not intended for human consumption. Annex I is amended as regards the definition of blood meal. The amendments to Annex V concern processing plants and the place where they may be situated. Annex VII is amended as regards mammalian processed animal protein and the processing method to which they must be submitted.
