Abstract
This Regulation has been adopted to establish detailed rules for applying Regulation (EC) No. 2082/92, which lays down provisions relating to the issue of a Community certificate for certain foodstuffs and agricultural products destined to human consumption. Particular provisions are hereby laid down as to the deadlines for registration of products. In accordance with article 5, the simultaneous use of the Community symbol and national symbols shall be authorized for agricultural products and foodstuffs which satisfy both the requirements of Regulation (EEC) No. 2082/92 and national requirements to which those products or foodstuffs correspond.
