Abstract
This Regulation amends Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 854/2004 by replacing Chapter III, which concerns official controls on pectinidae, marine gastropods and echinoderms, which are not filter feeders, and harvested outside classified production areas. Such controls shall be carried out in fish auctions, dispatch centres and processing establishments.
