Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in the Union list of flavourings and source materials approved for use in and on foods and their conditions of use laid down in the Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 to prevent a safety risk to the health of the consumer on the basis of the data available. Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 is amended as regards certain flavouring substances for use in and on foods in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
