Abstract
This Regulation addresses the exhaustion of quota for the stock of yellowtail flounder by vessels flying the flag of or registered in a Contracting Party to the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO) fishing under the quota allocated to ‘others’ in NAFO Divisions 3LNO. Therefore it prohibits fishing activities for that stock by vessels flying the flag of or registered in a Member State of the European Union fishing under the quota allocated to ‘others’ from the date set out in the Annex. Particularly this Regulation prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
