Abstract
This Regulation updates Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs. The aim is to put it in line with new recommended maximum levels of histamine in fish sauce (recommendation of the Codex Alimentarius Commission).
