Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1031/2010, which concerns timing, administration and other aspects of the auctioning of greenhouse gas emission allowances under Directive 2003/87/EC. These amendments concern the determination of the volume of greenhouse gas emission allowances to be auctioned prior to 2013.
