Abstract
These provisions update Regulation (EC) No. 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants by replacing the text in Annexes IV and V. Annex IV lays down the list of substances subject to waste management provisions, whilst Annex V lays down the list of substances subject to restrictions. These amendments are in accordance with the updates to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants.
